Our Values
Based on biblical teaching, our values are rooted in Kingdom lessons:
Fix Your Eyes Above
We fix our eyes above to seek first the Kingdom. All our needs will be met when following Jesus becomes our primary goal in life. Focus on Godly things is the path to transformation of the mind, and circumcision of the heart.

Pray
We desire to be in God’s presence through prayer. Our prayer is not done passively, hurriedly or routinely. Out of humble respect and loving devotion, we do not take this gift of relationship for granted. Prayer is where battles are fought and won, and where we learn most keenly the heart of Jesus. We seek the will of God in all decisions, gatherings and ministries.

Read The Bible
We seek to faithfully understand the full meaning of the scriptures in all of their context, seeking God's truth to be revealed. We will allow His word to transform our heart, mind and soul so that we can be faithful witnesses in this world. The word of God never contradicts itself, and no part of the word can be omitted from our study and practice without harm to the body of Christ.

Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.
Be A Witness
We are all called to be a witness of Christ, by the Spirit which he has given us. We share our testimony as often as possible, to all who will listen. We will live our lives in a way that honors our confession of faith so that our behavior does not undermine the good news we proclaim.

Practice Gratitude
We actively recall the goodness of God, and the blessing He gives, and practice gratitude for what he has done. From this place of gratitude, we give to others.

Honor The Church Body
We recognize that each of us plays a role in the living Church. A building is not a church, the people are. We look to one another to strengthen and support each other, sacrifice for one another, understand one another and honor one another as a creation and child of God. We are not tied to a location or building, but to one another through Christ. This applies to both our own local body of believers, as well as other believers around the community, and around the world.

1 Corinthians 12:12-14 NIV - Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ. For we were all baptized by one Spirit so as to form one body—whether Jews or Gentiles, slave or free—and we were all given the one Spirit to drink. Even so the body is not made up of one part but of many.
Live Peacefully
As children who are adopted into the family of Christ, we choose to live peacefully with one another, quickly settling disputes and disagreements, seeking to put the needs of others ahead of our own.

Ephesians 4:2-6 - Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.

Worship In Truth
We know that the act of worship is not a passive spectator sport, but an active engagement with our Lord and Savior. True worship begins in a grateful heart that loves God and flows outward into all that we do. We worship through singing, loving, believing, praying, serving, witnessing... our entire lives reflect our love and worship of God.

John 4:23-24 - Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.

Colossians 3:16 - Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.
Desire Holiness
We actively seek to draw nearer to Jesus, to be filled with the Spirit in a way that encourages us to be like Him in every way... not merely in action, but in heart and mind. We know that we are not perfect, but we cultivate a love in our hearts for God and for others through the power of the Holy Spirit. We offer our lives as a living sacrifice to a loving God

Seek Biblical Wisdom
We seek to see God clearly, in all his Glory, Sovereignty and Power in our growing relationship with him. As adopted children, we do not fear the wrath of God, but instead come before him with loving reverence, a Fear of the Lord that brings praise and rejoicing worthy of His name.

Act Through Empowerment
We assess where our energy is spent and prioritize service, missions, programs and outreach by where we believe God is calling us. The world has a great many needs to be met, and we cannot do everything. The Lord will lead our steps and empower us to do the works he has called us to do.

Philippians 4:13 AMP - I can do all things [which He has called me to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers me [to fulfill His purpose—I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace.]
Abide
We serve from a place of continual, abiding rest in the assurance and promises of God. We will “be being filled"" with the spirit (Ephesians 5:18) so that we can work from this place of resting in His strength.
